New Vehicle Sales Manager

We are continuing to build our team of automotive professionals and are currently seeking an experienced, passionate, strategic and process-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager. Our ideal candidates will be excellent communicators, will love working directly with both customers & co-workers, are business-people and people-people.

The best candidates will understand that customers have a choice in where they purchase and service their vehicles, and will work hard to ensure that we provide an unparalleled service experience to show our customers real value for their hard-earned money.

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing a busy sales department with a focus on motivating, training and coaching staff while developing a world class customer experience and implementing a strong customer-centric sales process’.

  • Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Passion for delivering an amazing customer experience
  • Leads by example with strong selling and negotiating skills
  • Process driven with impeccable organization and prioritization abilities
  • Exceptional problem solving, customer service & conflict resolution skills
  • Advanced desking ability and understanding of the psychology of the deal
  • Establish excellent “One Dealership” relationships with other department managers to help deliver on our customer promise Intimate knowledge of vehicle acquisition and sales processes
  • Experienced in the management of physical and virtual merchandising
  • OMVIC licensed

AutoIQ network of dealerships operates 16 New Vehicle dealerships of various brands throughout Central & Southern Ontario and is currently recruiting an experienced Sales & Leasing Consultant for Wills Chevrolet Buick GMC.
